Event Setup Crew

Our Setup Crew turns empty halls, lawns and marquees into unforgettable event spaces. From weddings and corporate galas to milestone celebrations, you'll build the stage for life's biggest moments — assembling tents, staging, tables, chairs, drapery and décor to an exacting standard, then breaking it all down with the same care. It's physical, hands-on, team-driven work with a real sense of pride at the end of every build. No two days look the same.

What you'll do

• Load, unload and move rentals safely around each venue
• Erect and dismantle tents, staging, tables, chairs, drapery and décor
• Follow floor plans and setup diagrams precisely
• Meet Luther's quality and safety standards on every job
• Work efficiently as a team under time pressure, often outdoors
• Leave every venue clean and account for all equipment

What we're looking for

• Reliable, punctual and comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Able to lift and carry up to 25kg and stay on your feet through long shifts
• A positive team player with a great attitude
• Flexible with hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Nice to have: experience in events, construction or hospitality
