Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you're the first point of contact for clients planning their events. You'll turn enquiries into beautifully executed bookings — understanding what each client wants, building accurate quotes, and guiding them from the first conversation all the way to event day. You'll work hand in hand with our operations and warehouse teams to make sure every promise we make is one we can keep, and that every client leaves wanting to work with us again.

What you'll do

• Respond promptly to enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and in person
• Understand client needs and recommend the right rentals and packages
• Build accurate quotes and follow up thoughtfully to close bookings
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse on availability and scheduling
• Keep clear records of clients, quotes and bookings in our system
• Delight clients so they return and refer us

What we're looking for

• Excellent spoken and written communication
• Confident, personable and genuinely helpful with clients
• Organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets and messaging tools
• Able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines calmly
• Nice to have: experience in events, hospitality, retail or sales
